Everything here is made to order, so there is no fixed price list — you tell us the piece, the colour and the motif, and we quote it. It comes to the same inbox and gets answered by the person who makes the work.
Commissions
How a commission works
1. Tell us what you want. Piece, colour, motif, and any measurements you already know. A reference photo helps enormously.
2. We come back with a sketch and a price. Plus an honest timeline — hand work does not compress, and we would rather quote long.
3. Deposit, then it goes on the bench. You'll get progress photos at tooling and at dye, because those are the two stages worth seeing.

Pricing
Why there is no price list
A satchel in one colour with a plain border and the same satchel with a full tooled panel are not the same amount of work, so a single number on a page would be wrong for nearly everyone.
Dye and gilding
A single flat colour costs less than a blended, backlit finish with gold worked into the line.
Hardware
Solid brass buckles, rings and conchos, and how many of them the piece needs.
